The days of single family homes seems to be shifting to property living.
Old buildings that have been abandoned for years are being bought for insane low prices as well as converted into living space. There seems to be a revitalization of urban living taking locale across the country. Young families are more interested in energy efficient apartments as well as being close to events than fantastic in the backyard. Yard Work as well as barbeques have been replaced by take-out as well as music festivals. I don’t necessarily see anything wrong with this, however, I like controlling my life more. For example, if I want to paint my walls or install a new Heating as well as A/C system, I can. I have the freedom to control my own living space as I see fit. When you live in a multi component property or even a highrise, you are dependant upon the main units to supply you your heating as well as cooling. If the system breaks down, the whole building is going to suffer. It may take longer to service as those greater units require specialized service dealers. I am cheerful that I can contact my local Heating as well as A/C supplier as well as have someone over in about an hour in most cases. The system I have at my home can be worked on by any of the people that work there. I can see the advantages to this new trend but I for one will be staying in my property in the suburbs. I will enjoy my yardwork as well as barbeques along with the freedom to control my own environment.
