Our city doesn’t have a lot of currency! It used to be a coal mining city but not anymore; Most everyone is getting government aid, that is why it took us so long before we were able to replace the a/c in our church building.
- It is hard to tithe when you can barely put food on the table! But the church has needed a new a/c for over 2 years now.
The seasoned a/c got really tepid plus then stopped laboring all together. My buddy and I were able to pay for an Heating plus A/C serviceman to take a look at it but there was nothing that could be done to save the 20 year seasoned a/c. It was time for a new one, however someone brought in a used window air conditioning unit to tide us over until we could afford a new central air conditioning unit. That took 2 undoubtedly boiling years. So when we finally saved up enough for the new a/c it was cause for celebration. The Heating plus A/C serviceman came back plus honored the original quote; She got the new a/c all installed while the rest of us started setting up the potluck. By the time chilly air was coming out of our ducts our potluck was in full swing, everyone had a fantastic time. Even the Heating plus A/C serviceman had a plate of my fried chicken, however overall it was a enjoyable potluck plus we should do this more often. The potluck I mean. I hope the church doesn’t have any more high-priced repairs for a long long time.
