Recently, I woke in the middle of the night to my a/c leaking. I went to the bathroom in a hurry plus slipped on a sizable puddle, however turns out the source of the puddle was my leaking a/c. I had to wait until the afternoon to call my local HVAC contractor because they absolutely wouldn’t be open at this hour… But I was able to call first thing in the afternoon plus grab their next available appointment, then well, this is when everything goes from awful to worse. I had to wait on the HVAC professional for over three hours that afternoon. Having to wait for the technican caused me to be late from toil plus missing a entirely important meeting! Once the HVAC professional finally did arrive she was not prepared with the respected tools. So she had to go back to her shop plus get everything she needed. Once she got back from the shop it took him about two hours to figure out what the issue was, it turns out my a/c coils were frozen because I was not changing the filter consistently. She berated me for thirty minutes about the importance of changing my a/c air filters before she started to repair the problem. I was so aggravated at this point plus her attitude was not making it any better. The HVAC professional was acting as if I was the reason she was irritated! Five hours later plus she was finally gone. I Ddon’t believe I will ever call this HVAC contractor again, what bad service!
