Recently, I woke in the middle of the night to my air conditioner leaking.
I went to the bathroom in a hurry in addition to slipped on a substantial puddle; Turns out the source of the puddle was my leaking air conditioner.
I had to wait until the afternoon to call my local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier because they definitely wouldn’t be open at this hour, however but I was able to call first thing in the afternoon in addition to grab their next available appointment, then well, this is when everything goes from disappointing to worse. I had to wait on the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker for over three hours that afternoon! Having to wait for the technican caused me to be late from toil in addition to missing a very substantial meeting, and once the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker finally did arrive he was not prepared with the correct tools. So he had to go back to his shop in addition to get everything he needed. Once he got back from the shop it took him about two hours to figure out what the issue was, it turns out my air conditioner coils were frozen because I was not changing the filter respectfully. He berated me for thirty minutes about the importance of changing my air conditioner air filters before he started to maintenance the problem. I was so sad at this point in addition to his attitude was not making it any better. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker was acting as if I was the reason he was angry, then five hours later in addition to he was finally gone. I Ddon’t feel I will ever call this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier again, what disappointing service!
