I have always been a genuinely nice tenant.
- I always make sure that the appliances are taken care of plus the shrubbery service is kept up-to-date.
I thought that my landlord would adore things like this but I feel like it has the opposite effect, my landlord is calling me all the time to make sure that everything is running smoothly in the house. I find his calls so annoying plus it almost feels like I should block his number so he can get the hint that I have everything under control plus don’t need his help at all hours of the day plus evening. I am ready for him to just leave me alone! However, I know that isn’t going to be the case because he told me yeahterday that a HVAC business is coming over to the loft so they can install a new HVAC system. I actually don’t want to have to deal with this but the modern HVAC system in my loft is actually old plus needs to be substituted actually bad. I can’t even get the thermostat to labor typically plus I need that because my pal and I are right in the middle of the summer time weather plus it is so hot. I know having the HVAC business come over is going to cause my landlord to call me even more, but I am just hoping that he won’t be quite as annoying as he has been in the past.
