When I went to visit my brother at his dwelling the other afternoon, I complimented his air quality! I know my comment took his by surprise because he didn’t know anything identifiable about his air quality.
I’ve always noticed a difference in the air within his dwelling because my dust irritations don’t flare up as much and I feel like I can breathe easier.
I assumed that my brother just lived in a nice part without a lot of pollution or maybe his property had been built and insulated better than mine. It wasn’t until I was sitting in his dwelling the other afternoon when I realized that his air quality entirely had something to do with his HVAC system. I asked my brother what kind of HVAC system he had even though he didn’t know, however he did know that it was five years outdated though… When he realized that I was particularly interested in his air quality, he started telling me other information about his HVAC system… According to her, he hired an HVAC system twice per year and he was a part of the annual repair plan with the local HVAC dealer. I’d never heard of an HVAC repair plan before, so he explained it. After paying an annual fee, the HVAC dealer would repair his HVAC system twice per year, he received a discount on all parts and labor, and he received priority scheduling. I wasn’t someone who properly had my HVAC system inspected because I thought it cost too much… However, when he told me the price, I was shocked to hear how low it was.
