It has been so hot lately.
It is has been miserable hot where no one wants to even step foot outdoors.
I have tried my best to make up excuses to be able to stay home everyday, but it has not worked out very well. It is the end of September, and it is still over ninety degrees outside. Yesterday, it was 101 degrees which is absolutely obnoxious. I do not think that the weather realizes that it is supposed to fall right now. My poor husband has to work outside all day in the scorching heat. I feel so bad for him. Almost every single day, I am afraid that he is going to have a heat stroke. I really hope that the cool weather is coming soon because our air conditioner is not doing a very good job of cooling the house either. Our house is usually around eighty degrees even though the thermostat is set for seventy-two degrees. Our air conditioner does not usually have this much trouble. It must be because it is so stinking hot outside. I think that September has been hotter than June, July, and August. My husband is a little worried that there is something wrong with our air conditioner. He says that it should be able to keep up with the heat even though it is a bit warmer than usual. He might be right, but I honestly hope that he is not. Fixing anything related to HVAC is usually quite pricey, and we do not have a lot of extra money right now. If it would just cool down a bit, we would not have to worry about our air conditioner right now.
