Recently, I woke in the middle of the night to my air conditioner leaking.
I went to the bathroom in a hurry and slipped on a giant puddle.
Turns out the source of the puddle was my leaking air conditioner. I had to wait until the morning to call my local HVAC company because they definitely wouldn’t be open at this hour. But I was able to call first thing in the morning and grab their next available appointment. Well, this is when everything goes from bad to worse. I had to wait on the HVAC technician for over three hours that morning. Having to wait for the technican caused me to be late from work and missing a really important meeting. Once the HVAC technician finally did arrive he was not prepared with the proper tools. So he had to go back to his shop and get everything he needed. Once he got back from the shop it took him about two hours to figure out what the issue was, it turns out my air conditioner coils were frozen because I was not changing the filter properly. He berated me for thirty minutes about the importance of changing my air conditioner air filters before he started to fix the problem. I was so annoyed at this point and his attitude was not making it any better. The HVAC technician was acting as if I was the reason he was irritated. Five hours later and he was finally gone. I Ddon’t think I will ever call this HVAC company again, what terrible service!
