Recently, I woke in the middle of the night to my cooling system leaking.
I went to the bathroom in a hurry plus slipped on a huge puddle, however turns out the source of the puddle was my leaking cooling system.
I had to wait until the day to call my local Heating plus A/C company because they definitely wouldn’t be open at this hour, however but I was able to call first thing in the day plus grab their next available appointment… Well, this is when everything goes from disappointing to worse. I had to wait on the Heating plus A/C specialist for over three hours that day. Having to wait for the technican caused me to be late from work plus missing a genuinely important meeting, however once the Heating plus A/C specialist finally did arrive he was not prepared with the common tools. So he had to go back to his shop plus get everything he needed. Once he got back from the shop it took him about two hours to figure out what the issue was, it turns out my cooling system coils were frozen because I was not changing the filter respectfully. He berated me for thirty minutes about the importance of changing my cooling system air filters before he started to repair the problem. I was so anxious at this point plus his attitude was not making it any better. The Heating plus A/C specialist was acting as if I was the reason he was agitated, then five hours later plus he was finally gone. I Ddon’t know I will ever call this Heating plus A/C company again, what bad service!
