As soon as we find a new place, we are putting this house up for sale
We are looking for a new house but it has to have a really energy efficient air conditioning and heating system. The house that we are living in currently has exactly the opposite. The heating and cooling system in this house must be at least two decades old, and we end up paying a fortune for our heating and cooling bills. I am sick and tired of paying so much for heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. I just really want to move out because there is no way that the energy efficiency in this house is ever going to get any better. We have taken steps to try and make it better, but it’s just never going to be what we really want it to be. I know that it is going to be a big hassle, but I really think that we need to move and start all over in a house that was made to be energy efficient. The house that we are in now is really old and so there are a lot of gaps and cracks where the air can get in and out of the house. The indoor air quality in this house is just a joke and I can’t stand it anymore. As soon as we find a new place, we are putting this house up for sale. My husband and I are really hoping that the whole thing goes quickly and smoothly. We are even willing to take a loss on this place if it means we can get moved into another place sooner rather than later.
