I typically have had fake Christmas trees.
My up-to-date fiance, on the other hand, typically had had real Christmas trees.
So my buddy and I had a real Christmas tree on our first Christmas as a married couple. That is when I discovered that I am allergic to pine trees. The tree was only up for 3 weeks but it was a terrible three weeks. I am sure my fiance would have agreed to get rid of the real tree if she would have known I was suffering. However, it took a week plus a half before I realized it was the tree that was making me sick. Then I decided that I only had a little bit more to go before Christmas was over. So I didn’t say anything. Well my buddy and I got rid of the tree but my dust sensitivities still didn’t get better. I tried changing the air filter for our Heating as well as Air Conditioning system plus thats when I noticed that there were a lot of pine needles in our air filter. I shone a flashlight down inside of our HVAC duct plus there are a lot of pine needles all up inside of the HVAC duct too. No wonder I am still having dust sensitivity symptoms. It was entirely a terrible idea to put a live Christmas tree over an Heating as well as Air Conditioning duct to begin with. I had no idea those real trees shed so several needles. So now I have hired Heating as well as Air Conditioning professionals to come out plus do a thorough HVAC duct cleaning. I’ll entirely have them do a tune up on our Heating as well as Air Conditioning system while they are at it. But, next year, my buddy and I are getting a fake tree.
