I have been working at my current task for about five years now.
- I entirely like my task and I have never felt like I was unhappy with my work, then but I have to admit lately things have been entirely bad.
I have been entirely unhappy with the current management at my supplier; Everything was going superb until my supplier went public. Ever since then it has been a nightmare, then the worst part about all of this not the awful management but the way they handle the heating and cooling system. I walk into work every afternoon and I am cold cold because they have the air conditioner component blasting. I entirely do not care for when things like this happen and I have to wear a giant jacket to work every afternoon. I do not care for feeling the air conditioner component blasting right when I get into work every afternoon, it makes my mood switch and I am automatically in a awful mood. I know this is something I should work on and I shouldn’t get so annoyed about the heating and cooling system but it’s something I just can’t get over. I want to talk to my current boss about the heating and cooling system but it has been entirely hard to get her attention lately because she is constantly tied up with the current team and getting everything organized. I entirely need to have him figure out this heating and cooling issue or I am going to have to rethink everything when it comes to my task.
