I have been working at my new task for about five years now.
I absolutely like my task and I have never felt like I was unhappy with my work.
But I have to confess lately things have been absolutely bad. I have been absolutely unhappy with the current management at my company; Everything was going great until my company went public. Ever since then it has been a nightmare, the worst part about all of this not the terrible management however the way they handle the heating and cooling system. I walk into work every afternoon and I am freezing cold because they have the a/c blasting. I absolutely dislike when things like this happen and I have to wear a big overcoat to work every afternoon. I dislike feeling the a/c blasting right when I get into work every afternoon, it makes my mood switch and I am automatically in a terrible mood. I know this is something I should work on and I shouldn’t get so sad about the heating and cooling system however it’s something I just can’t get over. I want to talk to my current boss about the heating and cooling system however it has been absolutely hard to get his attention lately because he is always tied up with the current team and getting everything organized. I absolutely need to have him figure out this heating and cooling issue or I am going to have to rethink everything when it comes to my task.
